Do you have property of others in your care? Insurance may not be the only way to solve this problem. |

I recently worked with a client to provide a competitive workers compensation policy. When I was visiting the client and getting a tour of the business I discovered that this client had some very valuable property in her possession that did not belong to her.
We reviewed her current property insurance policy and discovered that there was good insurance for her own property, but NO insurance for the property that did not belong to her.
The solution was for this client to work with the owner of the other property and her lawyer to prepare a contract that eliminated this exposure.
Insurance is not the only solution. A good insurance agent will provide good insurance solutions. A great insurance agent will let you know when there are other ways to handle the situation! |
